Full Stack Developer (React & .NET)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer with expertise in React and .NET technologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, a passion for delivering high-quality applications, and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Front-End Development: 

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React, Redux, and other modern JavaScript libraries. 
• Implement clean and intuitive user interfaces, ensuring seamless user experiences. 
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot UI/UX issues. 

Back-End Development: 

• Design, develop, and maintain APIs and services using .NET/.NET Core. 
• Implement server-side logic, database management, and integration with front-end components. 
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of back-end services. 

Collaboration & Communication: 

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA engineers, and product managers, to deliver robust solutions. 
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high code quality. 
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. 

Agile Development: 

• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. 
• Deliver features and fixes within defined sprint timelines. 

Requirements: 

• 4-5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development. 
• Proficient in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux or Context API). 
• Strong expertise in .NET/.NET Core, C#, and RESTful APIs. 
• Solid experience with database systems like SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar. 
• Hands-on experience with front-end tools like Webpack, Babel, or similar. 
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. 
• Proven track record of delivering scalable and high-performance applications. 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication. 
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with microservices architecture. 
• Knowledge of GraphQL and WebSockets. 
• Exposure to DevOps practices and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). 
• Understanding of unit testing frameworks like Jest, NUnit, or similar.
