Marketing Operations Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and optimizing marketing and sales processes. This role requires a proactive approach, strong analytical skills, and expertise in CRM tools, especially HubSpot. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with the team to implement new business strategies and ideas daily. 
• Create reports for tracking performance and identifying key results. 
• Develop workflows and marketing campaigns to ensure a steady outbound/inbound sales process.
• Engage with Irish clients to manage projects and ensure customer satisfaction. 
• Lead the Data team to provide high-quality leads to the sales team. 
• Maintain customer retention by gathering feedback and improving user experience. 
• Actively contribute to acquiring new business to drive positive ROI. 
• Research and explore new target markets, deploying strategies for better outreach. 
• Oversee Social Media Marketing efforts and plan new content on a weekly basis. 
• Manage and update the company website using WordPress. 
• Utilize CRM management skills to automate and optimize processes. 

Requirements: 

• Experience : 3 years in Marketing Operations, or a related field.
• Technical Skills : Advanced-level experience with HubSpot and other CRM tools.  
• Marketing Expertise : Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and social media management. 
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively. 
• Proactive Mindset : Ability to work independently and contribute innovative ideas to drive business growth.
