Sr. Social Media Marketing Executive

Job Description 

Do you have a passion for social media and a proven track record of driving results? We are looking for a seasoned Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team and lead our social media strategy across all platforms. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to achieve brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation goals. 
• Conduct in-depth audience research to understand target demographics, interests, and online behavior. 
• Create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored for each social media platform. 
• Manage social media calendars and schedule content for optimal posting times. 
• Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitor activity. 
• Foster brand communities by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and managing online reputation. 
• Analyze social media performance using relevant metrics (impressions, engagement, reach, clicks) and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. 
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. 
• Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels. 

Skills Required:

• 4+ years of experience in social media marketing. 
• Proven experience developing and executing successful social media campaigns. 
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok) and their unique algorithms. 
• Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite etc). 
• Excellent Experience with influencer marketing. 
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work independently/team and manage multiple priorities. 
• A creative and strategic mindset with a passion for social media. 

Bonus Skills: 

• Experience with social media advertising. 
• Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) principles.
