Khired Networks is looking for a Customer Service Representative, who has working experience, can work independently, and has the ability to handle multiple tasks

Responsibilities:

·         Prior experience as a customer service representative.
·         Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
·         Ability to handle Incoming chats, Emails, Calls from geographically diverse clients.
·         Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
·         Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
·         Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Ensuring customer inquiries are responded in a timely manner.
·         Ensuring all the quality guidelines are followed to achieve high levels of customer service.

Requirements:

  • Candidates with O/A’ Level background will be preferred. 
  • Good Typing speed.
  • Ability to work in different shifts.

Job Timings will be from Monday till Friday.
