Language skills Polish/French/Spanish.

Responsibilities:

 

·         Ability to handle Incoming chats, Emails, Calls from geographically diverse clients.
·         Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
·         Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
·         Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Ensuring customer inquiries are responded in a timely manner.
·         Ensuring all the quality guidelines are followed to achieve high levels of customer service.

Requirements:

 

Call Center Customer Service, Representatives Customer Care, Excellent communications skills with both internal & external customers.

Languages:

 

It would be desirable if the candidates had additional language skills in another European language (Polish/French/Spanish).
Ability to work in 24/7 Operations.
