Sr. SEO Specialist

Job Overview

We’re looking for a Senior SEO Specialist We are seeking an experienced and motivated SEO Specialist to lead our efforts in improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic to our website. This role requires ownership and execution of a comprehensive SEO strategy aimed at attracting, engaging, and converting construction SMBs.

Key Responsibilities: 

• SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a full-funnel SEO strategy aligned with our product positioning and GTM plan.
• Content Collaboration: Work closely with content creators and subject matter experts to create and optimize high-impact content that ranks and converts.
• Technical SEO: Conduct regular audits and implement technical SEO best practices to improve site health, performance, and indexing.
• Keyword Research & Opportunity Mapping: Identify and prioritize target keywords, topic clusters, and long-tail opportunities specific to our ICPs (contractors, project managers, finance leads).
• On-Page Optimization: Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for SEO, user experience, and conversion.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance, conduct competitor analysis, and provide actionable insights using tools like GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
• Local SEO & Expansion Support: Assist in regional SEO efforts as we expand into the US and other international markets.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in SEO, with a focus on B2B SaaS (preferably SMB segment)
• Proven success in scaling organic traffic and SQLs in startup environments
• Strong skills in content-led and technical SEO
• Experience working cross-functionally with design, product, and engineering teams
• Proficiency in content guidance and SEO-focused copywriting/editing
• Data-driven with strategic insight capabilities
• Familiarity with WordPress and Core Web Vitals optimization
• (Bonus) Knowledge of construction, trades, or project-based industries
