Business Development Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Business Development Manager to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and contributing to overall business growth, especially in UK, Ireland, and other regional markets.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through platforms like LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, and self-sourced methods.
• Handle end-to-end lead management: outreach, follow-ups, lead nurturing, and conversion.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the client base.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Monitor ongoing projects, client satisfaction, and identify upselling opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals aligned with company goals.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain detailed reports on sales activities, lead status, and client communications.
• Keep a blog-style report or CRM log on ongoing business discussions and progress.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (preferably in the tech or B2B service industry).
• Proven experience with the UK and Ireland markets is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Ability to work independently and drive results under minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
