Digital Marketing Executive
Job Overview
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing various media campaigns, from initial concepts to completion. Collaborating with internal teams, clients, and media planners, you will set goals, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with a focus on lead generation and ROI.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns by analyzing metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversions, and cost per lead.
- Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, Google Keyword Planner, and Meta Ads Library to track performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Leverage AI tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve campaign strategy, audience targeting, and marketing efficiency.
- Coordinate with the graphic design team to create high-quality posters, ad creatives, and videos, and provide clear creative direction based on campaign objectives and insights.
- Maintain and update social media platforms with consistent and AI-assisted content ideas.
- Monitor audience engagement, competitor campaigns, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Track campaign performance and prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign execution across digital platforms.
Job Requirements:
- Maximum 2 years of experience in digital Marketing
- Experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Familiarity with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, Google Keyword Planner, and Meta Ads Library.
- Understanding of digital campaign metrics, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with AI tools and AI-assisted workflows in marketing.
- Knowledge of managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Good communication and collaboration skills for working with marketing and design teams.
- Ability to stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging AI tools.
