Junior SEO Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior SEO Executive with hands-on experience in Off-Page SEO and Link Building. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, Google algorithms, and a passion for improving organic search visibility through ethical and high-quality SEO practices.

We’ll train you to learn & carry out the following responsibilities: 

• Execute and manage Off-Page SEO activities with a strong focus on high-quality link building
• Identify and acquire backlinks through guest posting, outreach campaigns, niche edits, business listings, profile links, and content promotion
• Perform competitor backlink analysis and identify new link-building opportunities
• Maintain and update link-building reports while tracking progress and results
• Ensure all SEO activities follow Google Webmaster Guidelines
• Monitor toxic or low-quality links and assist in the disavow process when required
• Collaborate with content and on-page SEO teams to ensure SEO alignment
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and the latest SEO trends

Required Skills: 

• 6–12 months of hands-on experience in Off-Page SEO or Link Building
• Strong understanding of Google search algorithms such as Panda, Penguin, Hummingbird, and Core Updates
• Good knowledge of white-hat SEO techniques
• Basic understanding of on-page SEO, keyword research, and technical SEO concepts
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Ubersuggest
• Strong communication skills for outreach and coordination
• Ability to analyze backlinks, domain authority, and link quality
• Basic reporting skills using Excel or Google Sheets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in outreach emails and relationship building
• Knowledge of anchor text strategy and link diversity
• Understanding of E-E-A-T and content quality signals
• Experience working on international or local SEO projects is a plus
