Sales Development Representative

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Sales Development Representative with a specialized focus on HubSpot, possessing 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience with the platform, he will play a crucial role in driving growth and revenue by generating new leads and cultivating relationships with potential clients. He will be responsible for initiating and qualifying sales opportunities, showcasing our website design services and creating a pipeline of prospective clients for the sales team to convert into satisfied customers.

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead Generation: Proactively research and identify potential clients in the various industries through various channels, including online research, social media, industry events, and cold outreach.
  • Qualifying Leads: Conduct initial outreach to prospective clients to understand their challenges and assess their compatibility with our services.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage with potential clients in a consultative manner, showcasing our website development expertise, and demonstrating how we can help.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and calls between prospective clients and Account Executives to further explore opportunities and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Market and Competitor Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to better position our services and differentiate ourselves in the market.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and opportunities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and assist in the development of effective sales strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.

Qualifications: 

  • Experience: Previous experience as a SDR, Sales Associate, or in a customer-facing role with a minimum experience of 1-2 years.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with potential clients.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to build rapport with prospects, identify their needs, and present our services in a persuasive manner.
  • Self-Motivated: A proactive and self-driven individual with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
    Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, embracing change and new challenges.
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales-related applications.
  • Team Player: Strong team collaboration skills and a willingness to support colleagues in achieving shared objectives.
