Business Development Representative + HubSpot Specialist

Job Description: 

We are seeking a talented Business Development Representative with a specialized focus on HubSpot, possessing 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience with the platform. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by leveraging your expertise in HubSpot’s features and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HubSpot-related inquiries and activities within the organization. 
  • Implement and optimize HubSpot’s CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement features to streamline processes and maximize efficiency. 
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive conversions using HubSpot’s tools and functionalities. 
  • Create and manage automated workflows, email campaigns, and lead scoring models to improve lead quality and increase engagement. 
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align HubSpot strategies with overall business objectives and revenue targets. 
  • Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on HubSpot usage, best practices, and troubleshooting. 
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HubSpot initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. 
  • Stay updated on the latest HubSpot features, updates, and industry trends to continuously enhance our use of the platform. 

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience working with HubSpot, with a deep understanding of its features and capabilities. 
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and lead generation through HubSpot implementations. 
  • Strong proficiency in CRM management, marketing automation, and sales tools within the HubSpot platform. 
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot Sales Software) are preferred but not required.
