• Claude delivered the most detailed explanation (4-step reasoning).

3. Boy’s father died in the crash.

• ChatGPT follows with a slightly compact and balanced answer. 
• Gemini takes a straightforward approach. It gave the most precise answer. 

While all three arrived at the correct answers, we can see that Claude offered better reasoning. It explained how the given answer is possible.

Next comes the writing part. Today, every individual, from a mere student to a manager, uses AI chatbots for writing purposes — whether for writing a piece or editing a complete article. We adopted the same pattern, gave one prompt to all three, and analyzed their results.

Prompt: Write a concise 40-word paragraph on why time management is essential in the workplace, focusing on productivity and reduced stress.

From the above responses, we can see again that all three of them gave their responses in their unique style.  

• Claude responded with a slightly technical touch, breaking down the concept with words like ‘strategic’ and ‘inefficiencies.’  
• In contrast, ChatGPT offered a complex-structured paragraph, evident from the long sentences. 
• Gemini, on the other hand, presented a structured and easy-to-read paragraph with simple sentences.  

Verdict: Claude can explain the technical concepts into words in simple sentences. However, for simple, non-technical writing pieces, Gemini gives better responses — short and precise.

Note: It depends on your writing style which AI bot best suits your needs. Sometimes, even ChatGPT leads to giving the best responses. It all depends on what writing tone and style you prefer.

Let’s not forget the coding capabilities of an AI bot. As powerful AI assistants, each of the above three AI agents features significant implications for their coding potential. While many do prefer writing the code themselves, nevertheless, AI’s coding skills serve as a powerful assistant, solving complex problems when needed.

Hence, we gave a prompt to the three AI platforms to evaluate their code-writing skills.

Prompt: Create a full-featured Tetris with beautiful graphics and controls.

As we can see, all three can develop games from scratch. The difference lies in the details included in the games and the ease of play.  

• From the interfaces given, the easiest of the games coded is that done by Claude. It offers a grid for the Tetris blocks to place, and proper ‘descriptions’ and ‘control instructions.’  
• ChatGPT app also gave a grid pattern, but with less detailing on the side panels.  
• In contrast, Gemini offered a compact version of the game, with no grid pattern shown. 

Verdict: Claude built an intuitive game with scores, next-piece preview, and great controls. 

4. Image Generation 

Creativity is another key feature that sets AI chatbots apart from one another. While creativity is also reflected in writing skills, image generation is one major criterion to evaluate the models for their creativity. Here’s how we compared the three!

Prompt: Generate an image of green and red apples in a bowl, finely sliced, and properly set. Make sure the background is good and relevant.

The image difference itself speaks for the varying results from the three AI platforms. 

• Claude generated no image despite official capabilities. 
• ChatGPT gave a nice clear image. However, the output matched the prompt literally but appeared synthetic. 
• Gemini produced the most photorealistic image with accurate lighting and textures. It aligns with the prompt description and yet gives a natural touch. The apples in the bowl are just like how we see them in reality. 

Verdict: Gemini’s image generation ability, in this case, is much better than the other two.

Note: It depends on your prompt description and the model of the AI platform as well. The verdict is given based on the results obtained for this particular prompt.
